03 Pallet mechanical packaging
Pallet mechanical packaging is a wide range of mechanical packaging form, by the pallet rotation or film around the pallet rotation, film fixed on the bracket can move up and down. Pre-stretching is divided into two kinds, one is roller pre-stretching, one is electric stretching. Direct stretching is done between the tray and the membrane. This method has low draw ratio (about 15% ~ 20%) , if the draw ratio exceeds 55% ~ 60% , it exceeds the original yield point of the membrane, the membrane width reduces, the puncture performance also loses, the membrane is easy to break. And at 60% tensile rate, the tensile force is also very large, for light goods, it is likely to make the goods deformation. Pre-stretching is done by two rollers. The two rollers of the roll pre-stretching are connected by a gear unit. The drawing ratio can vary according to the gear ratio. The pulling force is generated by the rotary table, therefore, the width of the film does not shrink, and the original puncture performance of the film is also maintained. No stretching occurs during actual winding, reducing the breakage due to sharp edges or corners. This pre-stretching can increase the draw ratio to 110% . The drawing mechanism of electric pre-drawing is the same as that of roller pre-drawing, but two rollers are driven by electric force. So more adaptable, light, heavy, irregular goods are applicable, because of low tension when packaging, so this method of pre-stretching ratio up to 300% , greatly saving materials to reduce costs. Suitable for film thickness of 15-24 μm.
