Therefore, "biodegradable" is just "biodegradable", not "fully biodegradable". In a sense, the degradable plastic bag is not a feasible solution to solve the "white pollution", nor is it a "panacea" to solve the plastic bag pollution. In essence, it will still produce a lot of waste, and the degradable plastic bag is not actually degraded.
